Information we process as an IT provider

While delivering managed and professional services, we may access customer systems and data as a processor/service provider under your direction, governed by our agreements and data processing addendum (DPA).

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer system data accessed during services is retained per contract and then securely deleted or returned.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with our Trust Center (e.g., MFA for admin access, EDR on managed devices, encrypted transport, backups with test restores). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Cookies & Tracking

We use necessary cookies for site operations and may use analytics cookies (e.g., page performance and aggregate usage). You can control cookies via your browser settings. If we deploy marketing/advertising cookies, we will request consent where required.

8) Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of certain processing; and to withdraw consent where applicable.   • California (CCPA/CPRA): You can request access/deletion and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not knowingly sell personal information. We honor GPC signals where required.
  • EU/UK: You may have rights to object, restrict, or port data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9) Children’s Privacy

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
